Who Is Tara Palmer-Tomkinson?

Dr Roberto Viel, from the London Centre for Aesthetic Surgery, told the Daily Mail: ‘Tara has had rhinoplasty to correct the septum and the tip of the nose. ‘In my opinion, the result has left her looking disfigured. The nostrils are too small and it looks as if there is too big an implant in the septum position.
